I’ve spent the last 12+ years helping lifestyle and e-commerce brands find their voice, structure their strategy, and scale with focus.
My career has taken me across Europe (including the UK, Switzerland) and the US, leading international teams both in-house and as a consultant. I launched my own brand, Aynen Berlin, now shipping to 14 countries, and I’ve led growth in more than 30 international markets for fashion, wellness, and consumer brands.
I’ve had the chance to work with founders, scale-ups, and global teams at companies like John Reed, SumUp, and Metro. These experiences shaped how I work today, combining sharp strategy with hands-on execution to create growth that lasts.
